Getting around

You will find public transportation in front of the building with direct bus lines to the airport (line 91) and to many places on the island. Taxi stations are also in front of the building. If you come by car, you will have access to a gated parking lot. If you want to visit by ferry, you will find hourly routes to Arguineguin, Puerto Rico or Puerto de Mogan from Anfi marina, a 10-minute walk away.

Bonjour! We are Nathalie and Pål. I’m Nathalie, a French native who spent over three decades in the United States before discovering the charm of Gran Canaria. Pål: And I’m Pål, originally from Norway. I joined Nathalie here in July 2024, and together we’ve embraced the beauty of this island, especially through our passion for cycling in the stunning landscapes. Nathalie: We’ve also expanded our offerings to include Pål's lovely house in Moss, Norway, allowing us to welcome guests from all corners of the globe to experience the best of both locations. Pål: Ensuring that everyone has an unforgettable stay in our Gran Canaria apartments and Norwegian retreat is our true calling. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations are subject to the following schedule based on your check-in date:

More than 60 days in advance: Full refund minus a €200 administrative fee.

60 to 30 days in advance: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

30 to 14 days in advance: 25% refund of the total booking amount.

Within 14 days: Non-refundable.

Thank you for booking with me. I'm delighted to be your host and look forward to your visit. To make sure your arrival is as smooth as possible, please provide a few key details:

Estimated Arrival Time: Our standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. Please let me know your expected arrival time.

Check-in Options:
- In-person: If I am on the island during your stay, I'd happily meet you at the property to hand over the keys. Just send me a message when you are on your way.
- Self-check-in: If you prefer to check in on your own, let me know. I'll send you the lockbox details and ensure the key is ready before you arrive.

Identification & Legal Requirements
Passport Registration: To comply with Spanish law, all guests must provide a copy of a passport or government-issued identification. This should be sent in advance or provided upon arrival.


Tourist Tax: A new law requires a tourist tax of €0.40 per person, per night. This amount must be paid in cash and left in the apartment upon your departure.

Please let us know your preferred sleeping arrangements:
- A king-size bed with one large blanket.
- A king-size bed with two single blankets.
- Two twin-size beds.

Utilities: Electricity, water, and high-speed WiFi are included. As WiFi is a complimentary courtesy, service interruptions do not qualify for a refund.

Linens & Towels: bed linens and towels are provided (2 per person), and one beach towel per person.

Parking: We provide you with a parking opener. Private gated parking is free, but spots are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed.

Airport Transfers: I can book a taxi for a discounted fee of €60 each way, payable directly to the driver. (Alternatively, the bus is approximately €5.25 per person).


Rose Petals: For an additional €10, I can arrange rose petals on the bed for a special touch.

General Care: Guests are responsible for the property and its contents; damages beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the guest.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet times from 20:00 to 08:00.

Smoking & Pets: This is a strictly no-smoking and no-pets property.

Cleaning: Please wash and put away all dishes, and gather used towels in the bathroom before leaving.

Waste Disposal: The trash area is located at the end of the parking lot.


Check-out: Departure is at 11:00 AM. If you plan on leaving earlier, let us know so we can plan the cleaning accordingly.
