Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a reservation that is more than thirty (60) days from the check-in date will be refunded, minus 200€
Cancellation of a reservation that is from sixty (60) days to thirty (30) days from the check-in date will be 50% refunded.
Cancellation of a reservation that is from thirty (30) days to fourteen (14) days from the check-in date will be 25% refunded.
Cancellation of a reservation that is within fourteen (14) days from the check-in date is non-refundable.

Notes
Identification: Spanish law requires that a picture of a passport or other government-issued identification is provided upon arrival or sent in advance, whichever is more convenient.
Keys: Keys will be delivered to the Guest upon arrival and must be returned at the end of the rental period, no later than 11:00, unless another time is agreed between the parties (subject to availability at the time). WhatsApp or iMessage is the preferred communication method to confirm your arrival time and meeting with the Host for key delivery.
Furniture: The apartment is rented fully furnished and the Guest is responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents during the rental period, with exception of normal wear and tear.
Included: Electricity, water, and other public utility expenses are included in the rent. WiFi Internet access is also included; any interruption in the WiFi service does not constitute a refund, as it is provided as an additional courtesy during your stay.
Cleaning and others: Upon termination of the tenancy the Guest is obliged to leave the apartment in a normal condition and leave the keys in the apartment. The one-time cleaning fee applies toward the final cleaning, with the exception of washing the dishes.

Please provide the details of your travel itinerary at your earliest convenience, this will help to coordinate apartment preparation and, if applicable, arrange airport transfers.

For your extra convenience, airport transfers can be arranged with a transport company for a fee of €50 each way (to be paid directly to the transport company at the time of pick-up).
All towels and linens are included, as well as one beach towel per person. Extra/replacement bed linen sets can be provided upon request at a cost.
Private gated parking is located in front of the building, it is provided at no extra charge. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
No pets and no smoking are allowed in the apartment
Please wash and put away your dishes before you leave, the rest will be cleaned by the cleaning service.
Quiet times: 20:00 - 08:00
Trash / Rubbish Disposal:
The trash and recycle collection area is located at the end of the parking. Payment constitutes acceptance of the terms.
